This Fundholder Administration Role at Public Mutual Berhad presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer applications.

Job Description:
  • To liaise with banks on operational matters as required
  • To work closely with the IT Department to conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) on system enhancements
  • To maintain and update operational manuals in line with company requirements
  • To handle customer enquiries on operational matters and resolve cases within agreed timelines

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Working experience in customer administration is highly desirable
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Excellent working attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and communication skills in English
