Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PSA BDP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing claims/travel claims, ensuring their timely submission, processing, and resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in administrative/HR roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims/travel claims, ensuring timely submission, processing, and resolution
- Provide headcount reports and administrative support to the local HR team
- Collaborate with HR to maintain employee relations and engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative/HR roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
