Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Research Executive to join our research department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, excellent research skills, and experience in planning and conducting research and/or evaluation studies.

The role involves designing and conducting thorough research studies to inform data-driven decision making, collaborating with internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights, and developing and implementing research plans that facilitate the use of evidence in programme and service development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and programme evaluations to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement research plans that meet organisational goals.
  • Curate and communicate resources to support data-driven decision making within the organisation.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in social science disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in relevant sectors.
  • Strong familiarity and experience with research methods and statistics used in social sciences.
  • Experience in planning and conducting research and/or evaluation studies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bonus points for basic understanding of human centred design.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and tasks.
  • This position is on Contract basis.
