Social Media Management & Community Engagement

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.
  • Monitor online communities, responding to comments and fostering engagement.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and optimise content strategies accordingly.

Event Conceptualisation & Ideation

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for event proposals and decks.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to enhance proposal strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that extends beyond social media.
  • Coordinate with various teams to execute digital, offline, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Identify strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to maximise reach.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and community engagement.
  • Proficient in utilising social media management tools.
  • Experience in crafting event proposals and conceptual decks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
