We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as the Director's right-hand person. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director, supporting the execution of administrative tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and conducting research.
- Assist the Director in reading, monitoring, and responding to various correspondences, as well as arranging meetings and appointments.
- Support project mobilization by ensuring teams have the necessary skills, technology, and processes, and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvements in project delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external parties, and assist Executive Management in preparing project tenders and contracts.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in providing support to senior-level management will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an additional asset.
- Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, as well as exceptional multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
