Job Title: Assistant HR Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Nala Groups. As Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing HR activities, setting targets, and handling recruitment and onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute HR activities annually
  • Set and monitor HR targets
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Handle HR data for foreign workers
  • Coordinate foreign worker quota applications
  • Attend to foreign workers' affairs
  • Process foreign worker levy-related matters
  • Manage insurance-related matters

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in handling foreign workers
  • Experience in recruitment, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues
