Human Resources Specialist

1. To manage all full spectrum of HR & Admin related activities including payroll, recruitment, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, administration and etc.
2. Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
3. Developing, revising, and recommending company policies and procedures
4. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
5. Performing benefits administration
6. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
7. Set and manage Performance Management and KPIs
8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
9. To attend and handling employee counselling, grievance and disciplinary matters.
10. To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
11. To manage employees' movement (new hires, promote, transfer, termination, retirement and etc).
12. Ad-hoc tasks are assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
3. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
8. Capability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation.
10. Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
