Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts through effective communication and mediation.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and performance. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation related to hiring, termination, and other HR activities.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Assist in identifying training needs and development opportunities for employees.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing payroll, and managing HR databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to promote a positive company culture and enhance employee morale. Solicit feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Communicate changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Support to Management: Provide support to HR managers and senior executives in various HR projects, initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration preferred.
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin or Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving Ability: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions independently or collaboratively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS software preferred.
- Ethical Conduct: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
