We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Mintel, a consumer insights company. In this role, you will assist in the full processing of all customer invoicing and credit notes through our Microsoft Dynamics Accounting System.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and review of customer contracts via our CRM systems on a global level to ensure invoices are raised on schedule.
- Completing accurate invoice income deferrals for monthly revenue recognition.
- Managing and reviewing customer contracts to ensure purchase orders and billing information are up-to-date and correct.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to clearly communicate with all levels. They should also be highly numerate, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.
A degree in accounts or equivalent qualification is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in accounts or equivalent. Fluency in Mandarin and the ability to converse in English are essential. You will be willing to sometimes work on EMEA & USA Time Zone.
