- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and staffing agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records and databases.
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees.
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Well-versed in Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, and SOCSO Act and other related labour laws.
- Good knowledge in invoicing procedures.
- Demonstrate maturity with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and independent self-starter with the ability to lead.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good command of Mandarin is an additional advantage.
