Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand our open channel business, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing consumer density.
  • Responsible for all Telco Prepaid & Postpaid related businesses under the category of Open Channel & Modern Trade within a cluster.
  • Plan, develop, and execute quarterly tactical sales programs to achieve set targets for Prepaid & Postpaid.
  • Perform basic performance analysis to inform action items and drive results.
  • Monitor dealers' performance by cluster to ensure alignment with company product promo/channel or segment programs.
  • Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective clusters and propose quick win actions to maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure cluster pyramid health follows guidelines as directed by the Sales & Distribution Team.
  • Achieve sales targets for reloads and quality activations leading to revenue increase.
  • Maintain CelcomDigi's presence is visible within clusters through daily tasks via dealer physical visitations.
  • Troubleshoot dealer and frontliner system/product-related queries.
