DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will provide crucial channel management services that support the successful and efficient achievement of the company's revenue targets, together with protecting and enhancing customer/partner relationships. The position reports to Head of Channel Sales.
As the Channel Account Manager, you will:- Identify and develop new Resellers for business expansion
- Establish rapport across partner organizations including management levels
- Generate and identify distributor-led opportunities
- Account mapping with resellers and vendors
- Drive 3 times pipelines against the assigned partner budgets
- Take ownership of leads/opportunities and deliver elevator solution pitch to resellers
- Prepare presentations & sales reports and manage the entire sales cycle
- Arrange for Resellers' product presentation/POC/evaluation/demo
- Engage Product Managers to roll out marketing campaigns
- Drive attendance for vendors' events/workshops/training
- Deliver operational excellence
