About the role

The Channel Company, the global leader in strategic channel growth for the world's top technology providers, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our delivery team covering the APAC region. This high-visibility, high-impact role will work across both our events and media offerings so you could be working on a large integrated programme of content creation, lead generation and event sponsorship. You may be leading a bespoke event for a client or running a marketing campaign consisting of display and emails. Every campaign is different and tailored to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering media campaigns in a client-facing role, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for leading campaigns for some of our key client accounts across our media and events portfolio.
  • A Customer Success Specialist is pivotal in advising internal stakeholders and clients on likely and actual performance, ongoing delivery, campaign completion and sales engagement.
  • You are required to deliver high standards of service as success in this role has a clear and direct impact on our total revenue, and client retention rates.
  • You will report into the Head of Customer Success and work together to increase our product offering or improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our key client accounts through ensuring successful delivery and re-booking of campaigns.
  • Leading client and internal project calls.
  • Set up, delivery, reporting and feedback of campaigns.
  • A trusted voice to clients – consultancy role to them and able to upsell and cross-sell to them.
  • Work with Head of Customer Success to evolve our commercial offering and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years client delivery/account management experience in B2B.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of demand and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of the channel and IT industry is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent time and project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent people, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work well within a small but busy team.
  • Able to work under pressure and show resilience.
  • Excellent technical skills and able to pick up new software quickly.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Prior experience of using a CRM system required.
