Channel Enablement Specialist

As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and business development across the region. You will develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country channel teams, product managers, and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand generation activities, pipeline generation, and sales enablement programs.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales execution, and to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and collaborative skills to work with a team of distribution managers in the countries to implement the strategy for Run Rate business.
- Prior experience in managing a P&L business with strong emphasis on meeting numeric targets.
- Strong understanding of autonomous sale of servers and Data Center Group Products, as well as channel management principles.
- Ability to lead and work with product, channels, and marketing teams to meet Run Rate business objectives.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive presentations.
- Strong Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
