Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the overall monthly end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring timely closing and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounting, RTR / General Ledger & Reporting, including at least 3 years of team management experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 5-10 people, overseeing the development and performance of the transaction team to achieve efficient processing and effective teamwork. Additionally, they will review entries posted by the team to ensure accuracy, drive development & changes in systems and process improvement initiatives as outlined in the performance scorecard.

A degree or diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential. SAP Knowledge will be advantageous, and experience working in a shared service centre across a global/large organization will be an added advantage.
