About the Role:

The Head of Order-to-Cash Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance. This includes managing cash allocations, reconciliations, and reports, as well as developing and leading processes for accounts receivable analytics and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall performance of the Order-to-Cash team, including offshore team members and outsourced firms, and evaluate current personnel strengths and opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve DSOs and minimize bad debts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of cash allocations, reconciliations, and reports.
  3. Lead the development of accounts receivable analytics and trend analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance the Order-to-Cash process.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adherence to the Internal Control System (ICS) framework.
  6. Review and analyze daily and weekly Cash Application, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years of relevant AR experience, with managerial experience preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of SAP and SSC background is advantageous but not necessary.
  3. Candidate with AR Cash App knowledge & Billing Knowledge is required.
  4. Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
  5. Minimum requirement: Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
