  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, particularly in Johor and Kuala Lumpur, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise.

  3. Identify key market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine regional sales plans and optimize business performance.

  4. Build and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned regions, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve company objectives.

  5. Establish strong networks with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive project sales and enhance business relationships.

  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and progress against KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  7. Collaborate with marketing, project, and finance teams to ensure project alignment and readiness, promoting cross-functional cooperation.

Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support project launches and enhance corporate branding, leveraging creativity and industry expertise.

  2. Manage both offline and online marketing initiatives, including events, roadshows, social media, and digital advertising, to maximize brand visibility.

  3. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for brand development, media planning, and creative execution, fostering partnerships and innovation.

  4. Oversee content creation, visual assets, and marketing materials for various platforms and target audiences, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

  5. Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI, informing strategic decisions.

  6. Lead and develop the regional marketing team, aligning with company direction and project goals, and ensuring continuous learning and improvement.

  7. Manage and track regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and spending efficiency, while maximizing return on investment.
