Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to high culinary standards.
  2. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Maintain outstanding food quality, taste, and presentation to exceed guest expectations.
  4. Control food and labor costs, manage inventory, and implement cost-effective measures while upholding quality.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation protocols.
  6. Work closely with management to develop seasonal menus and signature dishes.
  7. Maintain a well-organized, clean, and high-functioning kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Western cuisine, with a proven track record as a Head Chef.
  3. Strong leadership, menu development, cost control, inventory management, and attention to detail.
  4. Passion for culinary innovation, creativity, adaptability, and professionalism.
