Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and business controlling support to ensure accurate and timely reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders in different operational and long-term projects
  • Manage credit and sales collection processes

You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports for management and finance community (APAC, HQ), as well as management reports on various commercial KPIs. Additionally, you will support Cluster Leaders across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia with commercial KPIs and ensure accuracy of reports.

Business Controlling

  • Collaborate with the regional CFO on monthly and quarterly business reviews with Cluster Leaders
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and data from APAC Finance and HQ team on various topics
  • Support the regional CFO in driving the forecast and budget process with Local and APAC teams
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for working capital management
  • Support the regional CFO in preparing strategic and long-term business plans
  • Lead the implementation of Business Intelligence tools (QlickSense) in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region

Receivable and Credit Management

  • Develop and implement processes for sales collection and credit risk management
  • Ensure compliance with group rules for credit management and overdue
  • Coordinate with credit insurance agencies to mitigate credit risk

Leadership

  • Lead a team of two members focused on FP&A and credit risk management
  • Set clear targets and goals for the team, and provide ongoing support and guidance
