About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Country Manager - Fluke Reliability in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales plan aligned with the strategic priorities of our high-growth markets commercial team.

Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service. You will also be expected to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

In addition, you will work proactively with sales coordinators, finance, compliance, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, will also be necessary to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights for decision-making. Regular business reviews with customers will be conducted to assess performance, address concerns, and explore avenues for upselling or cross-selling.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include a degree education with a minimum of 15 years of sales/engineering/management experience, including at least 5 years leading sales teams. A proven ability to successfully balance short-term objectives with longer-term strategic goals will be critical in this role.

Demonstrated bias for action, strong results orientation, and willingness to take a critical view of stretch goals and initiatives will be essential qualities for success. The ability to inspire trust and followership in others through compelling influence, powerful charisma, passion in beliefs, and active drive will also be highly valued.
