Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Destination Planning & Growth to join our Hotel Vertical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability performance for the Hotel vertical in targeted markets, including South East Asia.

The role will involve leading initiatives to drive product performance metrics, collaborating with business development teams to secure supplier privileges, and working with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth for the Hotel vertical in targeted markets.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product performance metrics, including conversions, inventory availability, margins, and destination's overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to secure supplier privileges and improve product competitiveness.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns and develop supply strategies to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel vertical planning team and tech product team to improve user booking experiences and drive features to boost revenue performance.
  • Work with the Hotel vertical planning team to improve service quality for better customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in strategy or growth operations in industries like travel, e-commerce, online travel agency, or tech startups.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Track record of building financial simulations, modeling, and projections models.
  • Experience in travel products such as airline, hotels, car rental business is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment.
  • A start-up attitude, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
