  • Forex Hedging:
    • Negotiate best rates for forex hedging from banks based on instruction from Executive Chairman.
    • Maintain and update master list of forex hedging contracts.
  • Daily Reporting:
    • Prepare daily report for Executive Chairman and Director, including reconciliation of RM hedging report and bank balances report.
  • Month-End Reporting:
    • Prepare month-end hedging report to calculate realised gain/loss for derivatives on a monthly basis.
    • Issue journal voucher for realised gain/loss on derivatives.
  • Financial Data Management:
    • Maintain and update summary of financial data, including BNM average rate for USD/RM, MPOB summary of oil price, number of FCL shipped, banking facilities average interest rate, finance cost, and existing trade and FX facilities by bank.
  • Accounting Analysis:
    • Prepare and compile Management Meeting report.
