Requirements
1. Candidate shall possess a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or any Diploma related to Safety & Health (preferred) or from Polytechnic/College/University/that are recognized by the Malaysian Local Qualification Agency (MQA).
2. Shall be a Malaysian citizen below 30 years of age.
3. Live in or near Kapar, Klang. (we do not provide house and transport).
4. Ability to execute and manage the assigned works as per TNB’s standard operating procedure.
5. Have own transport. Motorcycle is strictly not acceptable for outstation works.
6. Ensure free from any restrictions/blacklist of such agencies.
a) Inland Revenue Board (IRB),
b) Insolvency department, National Registration Department (NRD),
c) Employees Provident Fund (EPF),
d) Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM),
e) National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), and
f) Court Order
7. Shall possess certified fit and healthy medical check-up report by authorized Operational Health Doctor (OHD).

Job Description.
a) Assist the Company to ensure that an effective Safety, Health & Environment Management System is implemented in accordance to safety requirement.
b) To develop, implement and execute Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) at MS Bases.
c) Ensure the Company's OSH management system always follows relevant statutory requirements, including the regulations, code of practices and legal requirements through continuous review.
d) To provide advise & guidance to the Base Manager and all staff at MS Bases to support the effective operations of OSH.
e) Carry out audit and inspection at REMACO MS Bases to ensure compliance.
f) To act as liaison personnel with relevant authorities/clients.
g) To provide training / assistance to employer and employee on OSH and emergency procedures.
h) Inspecting Base/office to ensure that the working environment, machinery and equipment follow governmental and other rules, regulations and standards related to OSH.
i) Log and maintain all safety documents in preparations for audits.
j) Assist / advise employer and employee on OSH matters.
k) Co-ordinate safety committee meetings at MS Bases.
l) Prepare and present comprehensive report of any near miss, accidents or break of rules which related to OSH at MS Bases.
m) Develop and plan for HSE program at MS Bases.
n) Any other related duties as reasonable required from time to time.
o) Set up HSE quarterly meeting with all staff at MS Base on the performance of HSE at his Base/office.
p) Read, write and speak English (e.g. safety procedures, etc.)
q) Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
r) Intermediate computer skills.
s) Complete and submit company required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion.
t) Perform any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by TPGSB authorized personnel within the specified time frame, in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and one is deemed competent to fulfil them.
