5.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary



Requirements:

1.Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field

2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

3.Previous customer service experience is a plus

4.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.( Read & write)

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
