Perform preventative maintenance on solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as electrical faults, panel malfunctions, and inverter failures.
- Replace faulty components, including wiring, panels, or inverters, as needed.
- Clean and inspect solar panels to remove dirt, debris, and other obstructions that could affect performance.
- Inspect electrical components for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage.
- Diagnose and address operational issues, such as poor energy production or electrical faults.
- Collaborate with other team members and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and performance data.
- Document and update technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols when working with electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and ladders.
- Perform work in accordance with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
- Install upgrades or modifications to improve the efficiency or capacity of solar systems.
- To supervise the works of contractors where required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties related to solar as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be added advantage
- Possess Working at Height (WAH) certificate and CIDB will be added advantage
- Having a PW4 certification will be added advantage
- Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality
- Possess own transport & willing to heavy traveling

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
