Contribute to improving the efficiency of container loading processes, leading to enhanced logistics operations. This includes analyzing current loading procedures, identifying areas for improvement, implementing new loading strategies, monitoring loading operations, and utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese suppliers or stakeholders if necessary. Assist in the installation and integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems between the Management Information System (MIS) and the third-party logistics provider (3PL), coordinating with the IT department, liaising with the 3PL, configuring EDI systems, conducting testing, ensuring smooth data exchange, and utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese IT professionals or the 3PL if needed.
