Your new role

As a Supply Chain Planner, your responsibilities include:

  • Develop statistical forecasts and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to align inventory strategies with market intelligence, promotional activities, and supply plans.
  • Track inventory supply status, provide timely alerts, and lead weekly planning reviews to address risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of slow-moving and obsolete products, ensuring appropriate actions and clear communication until resolution.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments (Supply Chain, Operations) and external partners (Customers, Suppliers) to support end-to-end inventory excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognised university.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or planning management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills, with proven expertise in inventory planning.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
