**Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent
- working in a healthcare or medical setting will be an advantage, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle various administrative and clinical tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and medical software for data entry and record-keeping
- Compassionate, empathetic and committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Able to work in shift / interbranch transfer
- Possess own transport
- Proficient in **English** (spoken and written), Malay. **Mandarin speaking will be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.**

**Job scope**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients, and assisting them with administrative tasks - registration and appointment scheduling, dispensary and bill closing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files
- Assist and chaperone doctor in consultation, examination, procedure and treatment.
- Performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and collecting samples under the supervision of a qualified nurse or doctor
- Maintaining a clean, organized and hygienic work environment
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Perform stock management - stock in, stock transfer, stock take, stock ordering and purchasing
- Perform rehabilitation treatment to patient.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
