**Job Type**: Contract (6 Months - Renewable)

**Working hours** : 8am-5pm/2pm-11pm

**Working days** : Monday to Sunday

**Salary** : RM2,600 - RM3,000 (Based on education & experience)

**Job Description**:

- Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
- Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with mínimal direct supervision.
- Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
