Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in KL. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and support requests, provide solutions to customer issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, reading)
  • Local
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in Customer Service or BPO sector is an advantage
  • Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
