**Reporting to : Head of Operations/ MD**

**Subordinates : 20 - direct (include Manager)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages all aspects of a facility operations. Overseeing activities/ department include **Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety, Sites/ Building maintenance, security of plant.**:

- Responsible for overseeing and leading the entire project to ensure the scope and project milestones of new factory setup are met successfully. When there is any greenfield/ brownfield construction project on going.
- Eusure the facility running smoothly and safely based on its intended use.
- Creating and monitoring the facility’s budget
- Scheduling and managing routine maintenance on all building systems
- Mitigating risk and overseeing safety and security
- Inspecting the facility routinely to look for issues
- Ensuring the facility complies with relevant laws, regulations and safety standards
- Handling long-range planning to support future needs and growth
- Helping with plans for renovations, additions or new buildings
- Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
- At least **15-20 years** of experience in **manufacturing facility.**:

- Strong communication, influencing skills to drive high visibility project to success.
- Experience in **new factory start-up or expansion project** will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all level in organization
- Must demonstrate the ability to set and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
