**_Customer / Sales Admin_**.
**1) Order Processing**
- Ensure customer orders and all related order documents eg. Agreements, Delivery Orders /Removal Material Forms, Purchase Order, Sales Simulation, Novation Documents, Resiting Dcouments are properly and timely consolidated upon receiving from East Malaysia Branches or East Malaysia Dealers’ Sales and forward to HQ for approval after verification & creation of Sales Order in ITSS System in accordance with company Sales Management Policy & Regulations and Sales Management Process Guidelines.
- Ensure machine exchange requests approved by CSM, trials and loan machines are in accordance with company guidelines, requests for resites are appropriately processed.
- Follow up and keep track outstanding documents / deviation request (Sales Order Related) from Sales / customers (internal / external) and revert to HQ CAD / Sales team for timely Order Releasing and Order Gross in, and timely consolidate monthly order tracking & submit to respectives Branch Managers (East Malaysia Branches & East Malaysia Dealers) and HQ SO Management
- **Customer Profile updating**: Inform HQ to update in AR whenever there is changes in customer profile e.g. site address.
- **Buyover and premature termination requests**
Compute the letter for customer as and when requested by customers within authority level.
- Check and verify service/ spoilt copies credit claims and correspondence with HQ Meter Reading Team. Ensure all input deadlines are met. Ensure timely, accuracy and completeness in meter reading collections.
- Attending / Feedback Customer ( Internal / External ) or Sales Calls and Query
**2) General Branch Administration (Local)**
- Maintain up-to-date, systematic filing of CA documents (invoices, statements, payment advice slips, etc) and correspondence.
- Forward and monitor Supplier invoice which required issuing cheque for payment.
- Ad-Hoc / Care take Branch Admin Credit Control Functions (Collection) or Logistics Functions ( DDI/CRU Dispatching), as and when required.
**Ad hoc assignments as and when required by Branch Manager / HQ Senior Manager / HQ Management**

**_- Minimum Diploma _**
**_- Prefer 1-2 years relevant working experience but Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply_**
