The IT Project Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of IT projects by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination assistance. This position involves managing project documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that project activities align with established timelines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial variances.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination within an IT environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
