Job Scope:
This role will be instrumental in maintaining project momentum, mitigating delays, and improving overall execution quality. The expected ROI includes better cost control, improved project transparency, and accelerated delivery timelines.

A dedicated Project Coordinator will:

- Support end-to-end project coordination for NetSuite and other IT projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring adherence to approved scopes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status and cost tracking.
- Improve project governance and free up senior team members to focus on strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP NetSuite projects and other IT initiatives.
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules across multiple projects.
- Monitor project progress and maintain detailed project documentation (e.g., timelines, budgets, status reports).
- Track and report project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying project risks and issues, and support mitigation and resolution efforts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes and best practices.
- Support the creation of training materials and user guides as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tool

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar support role, ideally within IT or ERP environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP NetSuite or other enterprise systems is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project & ClickUp).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience in budgeting or cost control for IT or ERP projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
