Provides administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, receiving clients and some basic accounting assistants, marketing assistants.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt and stocking items.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs and monitoring equipment operation.
- Maintains therapists schedule and updates them on their appointments.
- Serves clients by responding to enquiries; forwarding messages; keeping clients informed of any changes to appointments and reminding clients on timely payment.
- Monitor and record temperature and maintain proper attendance records of all children entering and leaving center.
- Monitor and maintain staff administrative records such as uniforms, laptops and office keys.
- Process, recording and verification of daily cash and/or credit sales including issuing of receipts to customers. Maintains and generate sales report as needed.
- Managed petty cash and make reimbursements.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
- Attend and participate with staff meetings, staff development, business development and peer sharing
