**Role Summary:
- **
As a **Customer Support**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive delivery experience by managing inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving delivery-related issues with professionalism and care.
**What You’ll Be Doing:
- **
- Handle customer inquiries related to **parcel deliveries** and **order statuses**.
- Provide accurate updates on order tracking, delivery timelines, and address any issues or delays.
- Proactively liaise with **logistics partners and internal teams** to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our support system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as **logistics, operations, and billing** to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer service and support operations.
- Uphold company values while delivering exceptional service.
- Assist with **ad-hoc tasks** as required.
