Personal Assistant to General Manager

**This position is base under new company name A.C.T. Health Clinic Sdn Bhd which is a new subsidiary company under Aglow Medical Group Sdn Bhd.**
Position Summary:
The Assistant of Wellness and Regenerative General Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the GM in their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the wellness and regenerative department. The Assistant provides administrative and organizational assistance, acts as a liaison between the GM and other team members, and helps maintain effective communication and coordination.
Job Descriptions
**1.Administrative Support**:
- Manage the GM's schedule, appointments, and calendar, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements for the GM.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
**2.Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external members, relaying messages and inquiries to the GM as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between the GM and team members, departments, and external partners.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide follow-up actions and updates as required.
**3.Information Management**:
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information, ensuring its security and privacy.
- Organize and manage files, documents, and records related to the wellness and regenerative department.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the GM.
**4.Project Assistance**:
- Assist the GM in planning, coordinating, and executing various wellness and regenerative projects.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring they are on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information, provide support, and facilitate project progress.
**5.Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key persons, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Serve as a representative of the GM, maintaining professionalism and acting as a liaison in business interactions.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years working experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a healthcare or wellness industry.
- Good command in BM and English, proficiency in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be value added.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the GM.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
