Personal Assistant to General Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a first point of contact between General Manager and staff.
- Assist General Manager on overseeing the Company’s program and activities.
- Assist General Manager on supervising and managing team member.
- Develop program concept and ideas.
- Ensure program, video, contents are in order.
- To provide and maintain full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, taking meeting minutes, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the General Manager’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by Supervisor.
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Broadcasting, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or any relevant talent assistant position.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate & Microsoft Office, Familiar with MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
