Order Management Specialist

Job Purpose

Coordinates the storage and distribution operational nationwide, processing and order fulfilment.

Accountabilities /Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Inventory management, 3PL delivery performance SLA.
- Liaise with 3PL for daily collection and closely monitor correct the sim delivery point.
- Ensure courier material stock integrity at high level to avoid disruption and daily order processing and picking activities run smoothly.
- Preparing weekly report and performing other ad-hoc duties when required.
- Ensure the information enters correctly into the system to avoid undelivered sims.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills/Competencies
- Min 1-3 years’ experience in fast moving distribution center.
- Strong experience in Order Management.
- In depth understanding of telco distribution processes and start-up experience are added advantages.
- Independent and does whatever it takes to get things done (start-up environment)
- Have logical thinking and strong sense in problem solving.
- Able to do ad-hoc tasks, when necessary, as per superior instruction.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency and able to work independently and within a team.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
