Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed use cases that serve the service request requirements with attention to details.
- You are required to deliver service requests based on the committed timeline with quality assured by understanding the business needs, detailed requirements, and design review to define the scope of user acceptance test within the context of each delivery.
- Develop execution plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to products & services quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. And continue to work with various business stakeholders to improve customer’s experience of products/services launched.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
