**Responsibilities**:

- Handle client e-commerce orders operation based on given instructions.
- Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the native language
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in eCommerce such as Shopee and Lazada is a plus.
- High problem solving skills and eager to learn.
- Support business in shifts by following the local labor laws.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willing to work during Weekends/ PH
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates who are interested are encouraged to apply
- Training provided
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Willing and able to work full-time in Batang Kali, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
