The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, live chats, and email support for Australia/New Zealand customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
  • Provide clear, accurate information and exceed
    Australia/New Zealand
    customer expectations with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Guide customers with step‑by‑step instructions to resolve issues quickly.
  • Redirect calls to specialized departments when advanced solutions are required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • A
    Degree-level qualification
    (required for Employment Pass application) or
    High School Certificate
    (7 years of related working experience in Customer Service field).
