About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Startek Malaysia as a Customer Service Representative for our Global Digital Industry team. As a full-time position based in Ara Damansara, Selangor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base across multiple industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Offering product/service information and guidance to customers
  3. Identifying and addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues as needed
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Relevant experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is preferred
