**Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and referrals. Prospecting and qualifying potential clients or business partners based on their needs, budget, and fit with the company's offerings.
- **Problem Resolution**: Investigating and resolving customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, coordinating with other departments for solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Order Processing**: Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and tracking shipments. Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide detailed information and recommendations to customers. Keeping up-to-date with product updates, promotions, and changes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with other team members, such as business representatives, educators, and the operation team, to address complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service. Following established guidelines for handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participating in training sessions, workshops, or meetings to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets. Generating reports or metrics related to customer service activities for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
