Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Schedule preparation for team.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Issuance of invoice for maintenance billing or repair (Malaysia & Singapore)
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Prepare outstanding payment list update.
- To monitor & follow up on collection vs billing.
- Prepare monthly collections and expenses report.
- To prepare and issue quotation in timely manner.
- To maintain good and professional communication with clients.
- Generate, monitor and support administration, billing and collections, correspondence, quotation, delivery orders, purchase order, invoices, office documents and other administrative stuff.
- To provide full administrative support including phone, typing, filing & distribution of correspondence.
- To provide support to the directors / managers/ management in administration.
- Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the maintenance/ property / real estate management field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
- Able to meet deadline.
- Ability to efficiently organizing digital files, folders and as well as hard-copy filing.
- Result-oriented
