Accounting Administrator

We're now hiring an Accounting Administrator to join our growing team This is a full-time non-exempt position working Monday thru Saturday at our Oakland, Seremban location.
Accounting Administrator responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our accounting systems, assisting customers with inquiries on billing and payments and other project-based tasks related to accounting. Ultimately, you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the overall operation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Process all spiff and instant rebate submissions
- Assist in tracking reimbursements from vendors
- Maintain vendor incentive programs
- Assist with other various office duties including filing
**Qualifications**:
- EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY
- High level experience using Microsoft Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
- Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- A basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures
- High school diploma is required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
