Job Details:
Position : IT Technical Support Center Specialist

Company Industry : Manufactures and sells medical devices, instrument systems, and reagents

Working Hours : 5 day work on shift. Off days not necessary on weekends

Working Location : The Vertical, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur 59200 Malaysia

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)

Remuneration : Basic up to RM7,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

Requirements:

- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology-related field or equivalent experience required
- 3- 5 years of experience in help desk/service desk environment/ global customer support centre
- Fresh graduate Degree IT are welcome to apply
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in 24/7 shift environment (shift patterns will be advised depending on the current projects)

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support to internal and external customers resolving Technical incidence and answer questions regarding proprietary software and hardware.
