Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist (Japanese) located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer support. The role involves using analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolutions provided.

Key Responsibilities

Provide enterprise-level technical support via email, chat, and phone.

Troubleshoot issues related to:

Web technologies

Identity & Access Management (SSO, IDPs, Provisioning)

Graph & SCIM APIs, webhooks, integrations

Live streaming, mail servers, delivery networks, MDM/EMM systems

Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.

Manage 20–25 complex support cases daily with precision.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in technical support roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
