We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to help us generate revenue for clients and keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and provide solutions to ensure sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively creating brand awareness through face to face interaction with the public (outdoor) in events, roadshows and etc
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

Requirements and skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
