**Job Description**:
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Associate to join our CS engagement team and help us achieve our goals. You will provide support to CS engagement team about administrative works on customer due diligence, products, orders, deliveries, and company policy.

Administrative employees can help companies improve efficiency, provide satisfactory customer experiences and elevate processes. Customer Support Associate provide important functions for the CS Engagement Team, customers, and businesses they assist.

**What you’ll need to bring to the Team**:

- Administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Perform Customer Due-Diligence of customer profile - onboarding, periodic review
- Engage with customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation,
- Identify and verify CDD documents to ensure completeness and proper archive to fulfill compliance requirements.
- API connectivity and technical-related queries/ follow up.
- Assist the team in Commercial
- related fulfilment/ delivery.
- Lead assignment to Customer Engagement team.
- Assist on vendor registration.
- Administrative duties for CS engagement team includes maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports.
- Implement and complete work/project assigned by managers from time to time.
- Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Sales/ CS Support Specialist or Customer Service Associate.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Resilient to thrive in a complex environment.
